HIPAA HAVEN provides CRM, communication, intake, automation, digital front-door, and related infrastructure services for healthcare practices.

Information on this website describes HIPAA HAVEN’s services at a general level. Services purchased from HIPAA HAVEN are governed by separate agreements, including a Service Agreement and, where applicable, a Business Associate Agreement.

If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for the purchased services.

3. Business Associate Agreement

Certain HIPAA HAVEN services may involve systems, workflows, or tools that process or support the handling of patient information for client practices.

Where required, HIPAA HAVEN will enter into a Business Associate Agreement with the client practice before services involving protected health information begin.

No patient information, medical information, or protected health information should be submitted through this public website.

4. No Legal or Compliance Advice

The content on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal advice, regulatory advice, or a compliance determination for any healthcare practice.

HIPAA HAVEN provides infrastructure and services designed to support a healthcare practice’s compliance program. Each healthcare practice remains responsible for its own legal and regulatory obligations.

5. HIPAA HAVEN PROTECTED Badge

The HIPAA HAVEN PROTECTED badge is a HIPAA HAVEN program mark governed by the published criteria at /badge.

The badge reflects HIPAA HAVEN program criteria. It does not represent certification by HHS, OCR, or any government body.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, display, modification, or distribution of the badge is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

The HIPAA HAVEN name, logo, badge, website content, copy, graphics, designs, and other materials are owned by HIPAA HAVEN or used with permission.

You may view the website for business evaluation purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
